At least my chest in my avatar has a bounce to it, my real chest gave up the fight with gravity a long time ago, more like a landslide than a bounce!

I had a recent health scare, quack found a heart murmur and sent me off for a echocardiogram. Waited weeks for the appointment to come through, worried the whole time.

When I had it done, they did find a murmur, but it was a common one that 90% of the population have. It kind of made me reassess some things. If anything happens to me, my kids are stuffed, so I started to make a bit more of a effort.

Still not managed to give up smoking though,

aye lifes funny in as much as, the minute you start to think it gets awful scarey,everything in moderation,remember they don't tell you but the biggest underlying problem is stress,you get stressed and things start to happen,feelin tired,gettin colds more often,not sleepin properly,stress is a major kick starter for loads of things SO .. .. ..
